Return & Refund Policy

  • You can return your order within 7–10 days for a full refund – no questions asked.

     

  • After 10 days, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

     

  • The product Must unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers attached.

Parcel Opening Policy

  • As per courier service rules, parcels cannot be opened before payment.

     

  • If you would like an open-parcel request, please contact us on our WhatsApp number before delivery.

     

Exchange Policy

  • If the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong size sent or defected product), we will replace it free of cost.

     

  • If the issue is from the customer’s side (e.g., wrong size ordered or personal dislike), the customer will bear the delivery charges (PKR 200 each way).
